12:00 PM - 1:30PM: VIP Trade Only - Trade Lunch Seminar (40-50 guests)
1:30 PM - 4:30 PM: GENERAL TRADE Grand Tasting (200-250 guests)
5:30 PM - 8:00 PM: CONSUMER Grand Tasting (200-250 guests)
This registration form and participation fee of $250 is for the Grand Tasting events for Trade and Consumers. The wine selections for the seminar and lunch have been selected by Full Circle Wine Solutions, Inc. A WINEMAKER, OWNER, OR WINERY PRINCIPAL MUST BE PRESENT FOR THE TRADE SESSION FROM 1:30 – 4:30 PM. Alternate winery staff can pour during consumer portion from 5:30 – 8:00 PM. Space is limited. Wineries must be in good standing with their 2013 membership dues.
WINE CONSOLIDATION
Wines must be consolidated for the event. Please plan to send a minimum of 6 bottles (maximum of 9 bottles) of each wine being presented to get you through both the Trade and Consumer tastings. Consolidation will take place February 4-15th, 2013. Shippng instructions will be sent to participating wineries a week prior.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS

We have secured a room block at the event venue: Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek - 2821 Turtle Creek Boulevard Dallas, TX 75219 on March 17 and 18. We have negotiated a wonderful room rate of $199/night for a Deluxe Room.
To book your room, please call the hotel reservations line at 1-800-527-5432 and request the “Sonoma in the City- Sonoma County Vintners” Guestroom Block to ensure you receive the discounted rate. Reservations may be received until Monday, February 25 at 2PM.
